Studies show benefits of nuts


Studies have shown that nuts, particularly the hard shell, are very nutritious and good for health food, particularly for heart health.

Now, new research focused on the fruits of hard shell found, including walnut is a “near perfect” natural product for its high level of antioxidants and proteins.

In addition to its nutritional benefits, these products contain high levels of polyphenols, antioxidant chemicals that help the body to counteract the effects of the molecules that cause oxidation and damage cells.

Past studies suggest that regular consumption of these nuts may reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, and certain types of cancer and type 2 diabetes.
